For ten years, the immortal Mermaid Queen Thessaly has hidden her identity as King Kael's unwanted wife, honoring a vow to protect him and his kingdom. He calls her useless, steals the glory of her miracles, and welcomes his first love into their home. With only three days left on her vow, Thessaly is ready to return to the sea. When her protection ends, the king who treated her like a servant must face the truth: his crown was never the source of his power. She was.
